Dibond material consists of two sheets of .012” aluminum with a thermoplastic core. Dibond is an excellent material for interior or exterior use. Some of the benefits of Dibond are that it is lighter in weight than solid aluminum and it provides an extremely flat surface.
Because of its rigidity, Dibond panels require little or not substructure support. Dibond can be used in a wide variety of applications such as cut-out letters and logos, sign blanks, routed sign faces and point-of-purchase displays. HowMac stocks Dibond in 3 mm and 4 mm thicknesses.
Dibond can be painted with polyurethane paint in your choice of standard or custom colors. Factory colors are available in the 3 mm thickness.
